Meet the Project Coordinator

Ayoola Olasoji is a seasoned educator and STEM instructor with years of classroom impact across secondary schools and community learning centres. He leads the InsureSmart Insurance Awareness Initiative — coordinating curriculum, school partnerships, teacher training and outreach that has scaled from Nigeria to learners in other countries.

His approach blends clear, everyday-language teaching with hands-on tools like the School Fees Protection Simulator and the Prince AI assistant, so students, parents and teachers can turn insurance knowledge into confident financial decisions.

Under his coordination, the initiative has trained hundreds of learners, engaged schools across more than a dozen states, and grown a national challenge that puts financial literacy on the same stage as academics.
